Barre- Kim

This 45 minute class alternates deep muscle-toning movements using hand weights or therabands along with intervals of fat-blasting ballet-barre cardio techniques.  This fluid dance-inspired class is set to upbeat music to get your heart pumping and provide a total body workout you are sure to love!  No dance experience required.
