Gentle Yoga-Tanya

Come experience a relaxing and restorative yoga class. Learn simple breathing techniques to reduce stress.  Practice basic yoga postures to open and stretch  tight muscles.  Some gentle strengthening exercises may be included.  Leave this class feeling relaxed and renewed.
