DANCE CARDIO PARTY - Are you ready to pump up your cardio and your dance moves? Dance Cardio Party will have your heart pumping, hips shaking, and the sweat pouring as we dance to the hottest hits around! Studio A
PILOXING - PILOXING uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. PILOXING blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. Studio A
STEP – Increase your cardiovascular fitness with this advanced step class using creative choreography on and off the adjustable step platform. Challenging, fun and expressive, this class will keep you moving! Step experience recommended. Studio A
STEP CIRCUIT - This cardiovascular and muscular conditioning total body workout uses the step platform with step choreography along with body bars, bands and dumbbells. Ab work and stretching finish this great workout! Studio A
ZUMBA – This is a cardio Latin Dance class that uses a mix of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, fun, and effective workout. You don’t have to know how to dance to do Zumba and it’s for all people, all ages, and all fitness levels Studio A
TABATA BOXING & CORE – A combination of boxing and the Tabata protocol. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of max intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four min., 4 times throughout the class, integrated with boxing activity. Studio A
BALLET - This class teaches strength, grace and flexibility while increasing your balance using classical ballet moves and vocabulary. Ballet experience not necessary. Studio A
BARRE WORKS – Barre Works is a unique total body workout that will lift your seat, tone your thighs and tighten your core! This class utilizes the ballet barre, sponge balls, and light dumbbells to perform small isometric movements that create long, lean muscles. This safe and effective class will take your workout routine to the next level. Cardio Barre includes Cardio Intervals. Studio A
BELLS-BARRE-BEYOND - This hybrid class fuses together kettlebell flow training, barre balance exercises and cardio based core moves to spike up your heart rate. Swing, flow, and sculpt your way to a new you. Studio A
CHISEL & CORE – Learn the basics of strength training in a group setting format! No fancy steps, no glamorous moves, just pure traditional strength training using an adjustable weight set with moderate resistance and high repetitions. Studio A
CORE EXPRESS – This class revolves around using the Resist–A–Ball and other equipment in all planes of movement blending core conditioning, functional strength, balance, and muscle conditioning into a full body workout! Studio A or B
Pilates 1 - takes the fundamental exercises and movements and turns them up a notch with more challenging exercises and modifications.
Pilates 2 - introduces the elements of speed and intensity while maintaining accuracy and precision and building stamina.
PILATES STRETCH – Rhythmic movement combined with breath and effective stretching techniques facilitate release of muscle tension, improve postural awareness and balance and harmonize all parts of the body. Studio A
YOGALATES - Are you ready to tone and tighten your body from head to toe while still relieving stress and gaining flexibility? Then this workout is for you! This class combines the fluidity and strength of yoga with the core-focused principles of Pilates for a total body workout you will be sure to love! Studio A
YOGA BASICS - Yoga is a physical exercise regime that uses different poses (“asanas”) to strengthen, stretch, open and cleanse the body. Learn breathing techniques and practice basic poses in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Influenced for the Beginner. Studio B or C
YOGA FLOW - Flowing, sequenced yoga postures deliver a full-body workout with cardio conditioning. Focus on strength, flexibility and balance. Some experience with yoga recommended though not essential. Studio B or C

BALANCE TRAINING – Balance comes from the core and that’s what this class is all about, core training. This class incorporates the stability ball in many different planes of movement challenging and strengthening the core muscles leading to improved balance and fitness. 3rd floor & Studio B
CARDIO & STRENGTH – This low impact class gently introduces participants to a beginner’s routine of cardio (walking) and strength training (weight machines, dumbbells, resistance bands, mat work). Ideal for those who have not been active and/or those with physical concerns, this class includes modifications for all abilities. 3rd floor track
LAND WORKS – Functional training for daily living in active, older adults. This class teaches people how to take responsibility for their health through exercise. Strength training, coordination, balance and range of motion exercises are the focus. Chairs may be used for assistance with some of the exercises. Studio A
LOW IMPACT AEROBICS – A lively low impact movement class designed to increase oxygen flow to the brain and heart. Movement is properly balanced to challenge and enhance stamina and endurance. Stretch and strengthen, improve balance and coordination. Bring towel for head support. Studio A
PILATES GOLD – A class of well designed movements properly performed in a balanced sequence with primary focus on the Pilates principles of postural awareness, breath with movement, flexibility and range of motion. This class is designed for beginners and 65+. Studio A
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH - An intense, motivating group class that combines strength training and power conditioning. Use of dumbbells, barbells, Resist-A-Balls and other equipment will improve both strength and endurance. Studio A
INNER ATHLETE: Are you ready to unleash your Inner Athlete? This class uses a combination of running and/or power walking, plyometrics, strength training, and agility drills to take your fitness to the next level. If you’re ready to work hard and see results, this class if for you! Class will meet on the third floor track and will go outside weather permitting. 3rd Floor Track or Park
KETTLEBELL HARD CORE – Master the basic moves of Kettlebells by going through a series of challenging yet fun exercises. This class will challenge your strength and stamina like nothing else. Studio A
PLAY TOUGH - Are you ready for an adrenaline rush? Change your body by challenging it to the next level!! This class is a strength and cardio conditioning workout combineD to challenge your body from head to toe. Be prepared for a sweat dripping, body transforming, strength and stamina building ton of fun class . All levels are welcomed and modifications will be offered to fit your fitness level while encouraging you to progress to the next level. Studio A
GROUP CYCLE-A 45-50 minute ride - Indoor cycling is guaranteed to challenge everyone from a beginner non-cyclist to the most experienced cycling enthusiast. Individuals can determine the intensity by adjusting the resistance on their bike and choosing pedal cadence. Join the ride to change your body and improve your health!
REAR & GEAR - A high intensity mix of 30 min of group cycle and 30 min of strength training. This class is the best of all worlds promising to deliver cardiovascular, agility, strength training, balance, and fun that will kick your booty, literally! This challenging class is sure to get your “Rear in Gear”! All levels. Cycle Studio
GENTLE YOGA – Come experience a relaxing and restorative yoga class. Learn simple breathing techniques to reduce stress. Practice basic yoga postures to open and stretch tight muscles. Some gentle strengthening exercises may be included. Leave this class feeling relaxed and renewed. Studio C
IYENGAR YOGA - Iyengar yoga is characterized by precision, performance and the aid of various props. This style encourages balanced postural alignment. Learn and refine more in-depth awareness for the standing poses, twists, forward bends and back-bends. Inversions may be included. Studio B or C (varies by class)
PILATES FUNDAMENTALS, PILATES 1&2 – These Pilates mat classes are designed based on the Joseph H. Pilates principles and techniques of physical conditioning. Improve posture and muscle tone, strengthen core muscles, lengthen and decompress the spine.
Pilates Fundamentals - class teaches you the basic principles of this exercise method as well as the fundamental exercises.
