Chair Massage

10 minutes: $10 member/$10 non-member
20 minutes: $20 member/$20 non-member


Signature Massage
Swedish massage with long smooth strokes and kneading to increase circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and increase recovery after workouts with varying pressure from medium to firm. 

60 minutes: $75 member/$80 non-member
90 minutes: $115 member/$125 non-member

Deep Muscle
This massage involves aspects of Swedish with a concentration on acupressure points and techniques used to target specific areas of tension with varying pressure from firm to deep. 

50 minutes: $90 member/$100 non-member 
80 minutes: $130 member/$140 non-member

Mother-To-Be
We focus on the many stressors the body encounters during pregnancy- lower back discomfort, sciatica and fatigue - and how best to alleviate them. Please consult your physician prior to making reservations. 

50 minutes: $80 member/$85 non-member
80 minutes $120/member/$130 non-member

Baylor Tom Landry Massage Therapist:

Mielle Walther has been at BTLHWC since 2008.  She began her massage therapy career at one of the top massage schools in the country, The Lauterstein Conway School of Massage Therapy.  She has over 800 hours of massage training including: Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, Lymphatic, Chair Massage, Medical Massage, Structural Bodywork, and more.  She has worked at Lake Austin Spa and Resort, The Beauty Store, and was a senior LMT and spa trainer at Mecca Gym & Spa in Austin, Texas.  She was a driving force in bringing back massage to BTLHWC.  Mielle's signature massage incorporates all of her training to bring each client the massage that works best for them.

Availabilitiy:  Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

Lydia Pape,  Licensed Massage Therapist. Graduate of Hands-On Approach School of Massage on June 28, 2016 with 500 hours of study. Specializes in Swedish massage. She enjoys helping people relax emotionally, physically, and mentally. Lydia's desire is to give people a break so they can return to their day stronger, with more focus, and with less pain.

Availability: Sundays 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

 

Richard Schneider, LMT, FSMTB, graduated from Flint School of Massage Therapy in 2011 with training in Swedish, sports, deep tissue, reflexology, and prenatal massage.  In addition, he performs TMJ release and Integrated Neuromuscular Ischemic Technique (INIT).  Rich's massage style is based on helping his clients feel comfortable so he can focus on applying therapeutic techniques.  He is very effective with deep tissue work and helping to resolve specific issues.  He can also be counted on to help a client who just wants to relax.  He brings a positive energy to each session to build a level of trust with each individual so they can begin working towards their personal healht goals.
