Water Works

Water Works is a functional training class for aging adults. Participants increase their ability to perform day-to-day activities independently while maintaining their physical health. In Water Works, aging adults remain active and involved as they improve daily living skills, all while immersed in a warm, safe environment. No swimming skills required in our 3.5-foot deep, 91-degree pool. 

Class Days and Times:

Monday and Wednesday -10:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday and Thursday-1:00 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.


Water Works goals:

  • Increase range of motion, muscle strength and overall endurance
  • Improve balance, posture, and coordination
  • Encourage social interaction
  • Reduce joint pain

Land Works is the Water Works class for land lovers. It incorporates the same exercises, performed on land.
