Cardio & Strength- Kim

This low impact class gently introduces participants to a beginner's routine of cardio (walking) and strength training (weight machines, dumbbells, resistance bands, mat work).  Ideal for those who have not been active and/or those with physical concerns, this class includes modifications for all abilities.
