Tai Chi for strength & balance- Greg

Beginner class for Tai Chi.  The class will also teach those who have been practicing the Yang Style 24 Form.  This class will focus on the 24 form and its specific movements.  It will feature a warm up and cool down utilizing Qigong, Tai Chi and Western exercises.
