Joan Wilkinson

Joan is certified in a variety of fitness classes ranging from Pilates to Biomechanics of Weight Training to Aquatics.  Given Joan’s diverse background, she is able to incorporate various perspectives into her unique style of teaching.  Focusing on the individual and drawing on her multi-disciplined training style, she strives to enable her clients to achieve their greatest benefits through strengthening their weaknesses and imbalances.
